KICA is the 4-year administrative educational organization accredited by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Students completed obligatory credits could acquire a degree or diploma recognized by the Minister of Education, Science and Technology. They could continue their study at graduate school.

Learners are required to register to the credit bank system to acquire the diploma or the bachelor's degree. Only registered learners can apply for the accreditation of credits. Learners are required to register to the system only once.

Learners should apply for recognition to obtain acquired credits. The credits are not recognized unless they apply.
  • Credits acquired through evaluation and completion of courses (courses of KICA)
  • Certificate (if applicable)
  • Credits acquired at designated schools (if applicable, courses previously earned)

Diploma application is intended to acquire a degree or diploma recognized by the Minister of Education, Science and Technology, which is similar to the graduation application from universities. Students who intend to acquire a diploma or a degree need to submit applications for diplomas by the due date. Students cannot acquire a diploma or a degree without a diploma application, even when they have acquired all required credits and acquired recognition for the credits.

  • Bachelor’s Degree: granted to graduates of four-year universities
  • Diploma: granted to graduates of two-year or three-year colleges
